Customer satisfaction is very important to us, so you can return anything you purchased from our web store within 30 days of the date of delivery. Items returned must be in their original, unused, unworn, unwashed, saleable condition and accompanied with a copy of the original receipt. The exception to this policy is perishable food items, as all sales are final on perishable goods. All sale items are final sale. Please note that we cannot refund your original shipping charges unless there was a defective, damaged or broken item. In these situations, please contact our customer service department toll free at 1.855.GET.SOGGY / 1.855.438.7644 prior to returning your item.
Soggy Dollar Bar and Soggy Gear are not responsible for any returns lost in transit. Once your items are received, a credit will be processed and issued to the original payment method. It generally takes 2 weeks to process returns or credits.
Print-on-demand (POD) items are custom printed when you place your order for an item noted as POD, so, unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or refunds for custom items. Please double-check and verify the provided size charts and item details included with each item to make sure you are ordering the appropriate size. Items may be returned for a refund (excluding shipping) of POD items with prior approval if the item arrives damaged, or incorrect item was shipped. Please contact us (and include a photo of the item) at shopsoggy@gmail.com to receive approval for a return authorization.
